You can access your purchase, billing history, invoices, plans, and more within the tool if you are the admin of the account.
Yes, you are free to add new users or remove old ones based on your team size. The amount will be charged on a user basis, so it will be calculated accordingly.
Users who are not actively working on your projects can be removed. You do not utilize the removed users against your user quota. However, the previously logged time for those removed users is still viewable. Therefore, you shouldn’t be concerned about losing data when you remove inactive users.
