Roles and Access Levels

There are three access levels with different sets of rights offered by OneTracker:

Company Admin

Company admin is in the supreme position having all the rights and control:

Can add employees to the tracking system
Check the date-wise activity of the employees.
Can assign the role of manager and add or remove members under the manager.
Can remove inactive employees and also revive them
Can add new departments to the system.
Check screenshots of all the members of the company.

Manager

Managers have limited rights and control. The manager gets to manage the members of their team and analyze their work time.

Review the screenshots of all the team members.
Check active and idle hours of himself as well as all the team members under him.
Check date-wise activities of all the team members under his team.
Check the average performance of the entire team as per the customized date.
Accept or reject manual time addition requests or edit the reason added the employee.

Employees

Employees have all the rights limited to themselves.

What are the access roles in the OneTracker System?

The system has 3 access roles:

Company Admin: OneTracker can add companies to the system and give them the role of company admin. Once they register the company has the company admin, and they have all the rights to the system and the data.
Manager: Company Admin can assign the role of manager to any employee and add their team members under the manager. The manager has the right to check the working hours and other details of the members assigned to the team.
Employee: After getting registered with the system, the employee can check their screenshots, their keyboard and mouse clicks, active and idle hours, and such details.
